Projects that never end

Stacy and Rick did some work on Saturday and Sunday to get the living room wall insulated for summer. We got a new window but will probably install that this weekend since we ran out of time last weekend (stupid delivery truck). Anyway, here are the before, during and after pictures...with a few of Jay at the end.
Before
Paneling/drywall off
Jay supervising
Insulation in
Drywall back on...and I don't think I need to post the after since it looks exactly like the first picture. I will post a new pic. once the new window is in though.

Baby push ups

He doesn't like his tummy time, but here he is showing off. He can almost turn over and sits up better and better every day. He woke up more the last few nights but I'm hoping that is just a growth spurt, but how can he have a growth spurt if he's growing so fast??!

Chopped

I cut my hair yesterday, and will be sending the pony tail to http://www.locksoflove.com/ where they will make it into a wig for a child who is bald (from cancer). Every few years I cut it and donate what I can. This time I got 18 inches of hair to send and my hair is still pretty long. At the time of cutting it, it was down way past my waist and i was pretty much sitting on it. Now that Jay is grabbing things he can't pull as much of my hair as he was...

His 100 day, is coming up at the end of the month and we will be celebrating with a little party in the park. pictures will follow.

Vaccine Day

Jaydon got his shots today. Well some of them...we are going back in a month to get the rest. He is above the 95 percentile as far as size, weighing in at 17lbs. 4.7oz. and he's already 26 1/2 inches long. He's talking much more now and staying awake much longer (and sleeping better at night).

Monday night after his bath.

Almost 2 months

Friday was Daddy's birthday, and it was also family day at Dreamworks so Jay and I went to have lunch at the studio. Even though it was warm out (100?) he did great and only started to fuss around 1pm when he was getting hungry. He's also standing much better now, he started standing pretty good at 6 weeks, but now he can stay up much longer and does it much more often. He still doesn't like being on his tummy, but we're working on that. Here he is:

He wore this on Friday to see daddy at work (the size is supposed to be for a 3 month and it's already too small)

He's so strong already!!

Here is the garden about a month ago, I need to take pictures of it now, since everything has grown so much. We already have 9 corn growing.

Big Bear

We went up to Big Bear for a few days since Stacy's last day at IAC was on Wed. Jay really enjoyed it, and was great for the 2 1/2 hr car ride up there. We didn't do a whole heck of a lot, but the weather was great, and we had fun. Stacy started his new job today, and we drove down to the studio yesterday to see it. I'll tell you one thing, that studio is so much more beautiful then the EA one, and it looks like much more fun too.
