1 year old today

today is jay's 1 yr birthday, at 7pm. we took him to buy some toys for outside, and had some cake for him. yesterday we took him, my mom, my uncle and his family to the la zoo.

These are pictures from Jaydon's 1st birthday party. I know his Bday isn't until next Sunday but since grandma and grandpa are here we had it today. The first picture is Jay in the garden, then the rest are from his party.

Busy, Busy....

Grandma and Grandpa are out here from TN, which is great. We should be having them by again next weekend for one last get together before they head back home. We are planning a trip in '10 to see my family in MI and head to TN as well to see everyone, but this was very nice seeing them. We also went to Seaworld Sunday, and Jaydon had fun. Daddy was in charge of the camera, so most of the pictures are of other stuff....we also took him to the beach for the first time which he loved. the pictures are in no particular order....

Nice long weekend...

BUT, it rained all weekend, which is good...but we didn't do much. we had to buy new clothes for Jaydon since he's busting out of all his 18mo stuff....on to 2T!

the video compilation is a little outdated, but still fun to watch. the first one he was play peek-a-boo with me, and you can see his one tooth..he's got 2 now. the second clip is him dancing which is always fun to watch. the third clip is just funny and the 4th clip is his early walking. he's getting much better now and can almost clear a room. I'm guessing he'll be walking comfortably before his 1st Birthday...which is coming up very soon!!!!

Tooth #2

Second tooth is ready to break through any day now, which has been making sleep a little rough for everyone, but in the long run teething isn't really that bad. We went up to Big Bear again for MLK weekend, since Stacy had the day off. Now we need to get ready for him to turn 1 (I can't belive it's almost been a year already!!!).
